1. BOOKING WITH US 

For your visa on arrival application, please provide us the following information:

We provide a diversity of ways to book/ enquire about our services. Whether your communication preference is via online, e-mail, telephone, visiting our office, our expert teams are always ready to answer any questions and process your bookings as soon as possible.

• You can book transportation, hotels, restaurants and day trips in particular time and with instant confirmations, 24 hours a day!
• We make every effort to respond you within 24 hours for simple enquiries and within 48 hours for more complex ones. 

2. OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Validity: The prices quoted to you are on a net basis and in United States Dollars (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos) or Euros upon your request. We warrant that the prices quoted to you are correct at the time of issuance of the quotation or invoice but are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation without prior notice.
• Reservation & Confirmation: Reservations can be made by fax, telephone or email and will be confirmed at the same day whenever possible. A reservation is not deemed to have been made until it is confirmed by a member of Tam Travel or Sales Team.
• Payment for fit bookings: Full payment must be received 21 days prior to the departure date in order to guarantee the accommodation. The hotels in Vietnam normally they request a full payment at least 10 days before the arrival date. In some special cases, such as a booking with Cruise, the full payment is required 60 days before the cruise date according to the booking condition of the Cruise.
